nessLife uses Australia Post to send your order. We currently ship to Australia only. Most orders are delivered between 2-3 business days but please allow 5-12 business days for the delivery of your order.
We offer free shipping for most orders over $150 within mainland Australia. Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and are based on your shipping address and the weight/volume of your order.
All prices and shipping rates quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Orders placed on our website will be processed within one to two working days. Orders will only be processed during business hours of 12pm to 9pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
A correct delivery address, name, contact number and email address are required for the order to be processed. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
